I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... I might re sign but 30 days is not worth losing 72.00 I dont use this much most of my forms are already loaded not sure yet I have become further disabled trying to recover back then your chat did not work nothing....

Great product. Have been using it for years. Not easy or intuitive to renew subscription. Ended up getting a 50% renewal but was initially offered a 75% renewal. Mainly use this for personal and light business use.

took a while to figure it out. Not sure if I am happy that anyone tyhat fgets a form must log into your online app. Want to have them do it in acrobat reader onlt.

i wasn't provided with the email address to send my address change (8822). Especially after adding my card information for the payment. Other than that, my experience was very fast and to the point. i loved that.

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. I was a bit unsure about whether non alphabet/numbers should be added. I was also unable to add my initial after my surname (just typing it) as the filler kept on opening the initial (as in signature) block.

How do I change the advanced properties of a PDF?
Choose File > Properties, and then select Custom. To add a property, type the name and value, and then click Add. To change the properties, do any of the following, and then click OK: To edit a property, select it, change the Value, and then click Change.

To Access the Security properties of the Protected PDF file: To make changes to the PDF's restrictions: 1Go to View > Tools > Protection. 2In the Tools Pane, choose Encrypt > Remove Security from the Protection section.
How do I save a PDF after I fill in fields?
Save forms To save the completed form, choose File > Save As and rename the file. To remove extended Reader features, choose File > Save A Copy. To allow Reader users to save the data they typed, choose File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools (Includes Form Fill-in & Save).
