How do I share a form with another user in Jotform?
Select Share Folder. Enter the receiver's email address. Choose your desired permissions in the table: View Submissions — Allow the user to review and edit the form's submissions. Edit Form — Provide access to the form builder where the user can edit the form and its settings. Select Create at the bottom.
How to change form ownership?
How to Transfer Ownership of a Google Form (2024 Update) Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner. Choose the Add Collaborators option. Enter the email of the person you want as the new owner. Ensure the person's role is set to Editor. Press Send to share the form with them.
Can you save progress on Jotform?
You can set the save button's label in the Button Text field. Enabling Save and Continue Later adds a Save button to your form. The button opens a save dialog where your form fillers can choose to sign up or log in to Jotform to save and easily manage their drafts in their account.

To rename your form in the Form Builder, select the text at the top, then enter your desired form name. You can also rename your form in Form Settings. In the Form Builder, go to Settings, then enter your desired form name under Title.
