Step 1: Load the PDF File. Open your pre-existing PDF form in PDF element, or you can choose to open an existing form template. Step 2: Recognize Form Fields Automatically. Step 3: Fill and Save the Form.
If you are not in the form editing mode, choose Tools > Prepare Form. Select two or more form fields that you want to align. Click appropriate option in the right-hand pane. You can also right-click the field to which you want to align the other fields.
Separate pages with a PDF reader. Open your PDF in Preview. Navigate to File > Print. A new dialog box will appear. Under Pages, select the page number you want to save separately. From the dropdown, change from PDF to Save as PDF. Choose your desired location for the new file and select Save.
Choose Protect tab> Fill & Sign. 2. Click +in the signature palette to create signature. 3.In the Create Signature dialog box, you can draw a signature, import a file, copy from the clipboard, or type text content to create a signature.
Select File > Save As. In the Save As dialog box, enter the filename and location, and click Save. To recover the last saved version of your PDF, choose File > Revert.
Select the Organize tool in the ribbon. Select the page or pages you want to delete by clicking on them. You can select multiple pages by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on the pages. Once the pages are selected, click on the “Delete” button in the top menu bar or right-click and select “Delete Pages.”
You would open the PDF in Foxit Reader, choose “Print” from the File menu, and in the Print dialog box, select “Foxit Reader PDF Printer” from the Printer dropdown menu. Then, in the “Print Range” section, you could specify the pages you want to extract. This essentially prints the selected pages to a new PDF file​​.
Select the PDF document you want to split. After Acrobat uploads your file, sign in. Select divider lines to set up the page ranges for each split PDF file you need. Click Continue, select a folder to save the split PDF files, and click Save.
