With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.

If you have a lot of digital documents, you should use pdfFiller
My overall experience is great! It's free and very easy to use, and I strongly recommend it for any student, teachers or professors, colleagues from work, and even for managers because during this pandemics, we all had to adapt our documents to digital format, and print them at home could be an issue for many people.
I love to use this software because it's free and it allows me to sign digital documents from anyone in my company without having to print everything, sign it all, and then scan it, and e-mail it to the recipients. It's great because it has other checkmarks so you can add little details in case you are reading a contract or a file that needs reviewing.
Positively, there are no cons for this software, as I have been using it for work and college matters, and it solves a great deal of signing important documents!
