Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

I am glad I cam across PdfFiller, I was able to upload a contract, edit it and have it sent over to client for their signature all within one platform. There are many other options such as sending docs via USPS, SMS, Fax and more. And no matter which package you select, you get 30 Days free, full access (at least I haven't found any),

Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. I love that pdfFiller.com has a vast selection to search through, although it can be frustrating to find what you are looking for because even when you change the search information, the same ones pull right back up. The price is fair if you use it daily or at least 3 times a week, which I don't but I use it frequently enough since there is no cheaper option than the monthly rate.
