Very Helpful Product
This product has been very helpful when a document only comes in PDF Form and I need to fill it out on my computer.
The layout is a bit confusing and the website is not easy to use. Sometimes the text of documents gets squished together.

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

I subscribed to a trial period for the…
I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. I had an issue merging documents using my account. I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! I will continue being a paid pdf-filler customer for years to come!

Had an unknown charge from pdf filler on my credit card, contacted them and they were very helpfully clearing up the charge it had been my wife who had subscribed to them but she has since passed away they cancelled subscription and gave full refund

I love that I can fill out forms and save them fax them from here and really anything I need to do in one area. I hate that it cost so much cause I’m on a fixed income and don’t have the money to keep it I can only use it for the free 39 days.

What do you like best?
I often need to fill out forms for work. With Pdffiller it is simple to upload forms, fill out, save and download to email. I also use it to merge PDFs as well. It saves all of your work and keeps the documents in my account for future reference or an easy change/update.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot of features and sometimes it is hard to find exactly what I need. A simple "How do I .... in pdffiller on google usually takes care of it quickly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Before Pdffiller I would print the document, fill out by hand, scan, then email. Now my documents look more professional without and are less of a hassle.
