How do I add a radio button to a PDF?
Open the PDF file that you will use for the form.
From the Forms menu, select Add or Edit Fields
From the Add New Field pull-down menu, select Show Tools on Toolbar.
Click Radio Button Tool.
Position the cursor where you want the form field to begin.
Is there a way to deselect a radio button?
It is not a mandatory field. Radio button helps in ensuring only one option is selected. However, it doesn't allow user to deselect the option. If you want to implement it with Radio buttons then you can add another radio button which has value of None this may also resolve your issue.
