When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. Very helpful customer service experience! Used the chat function on the website and Sam was quick and efficient to respond and my issue was instantly solved. Very refreshing as so many many companies leave you on hold for hours or don't reply at all!

I used the trial to fill out an application, but had no reason to subscribe further. The software is easy to use and very useful. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal but i got an email saying I was charged for a year subscription. After contacting customer service, the charge was cancelled within 5 minutes. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly they responded to my issues!

Great customer support
Great customer support. I forgot about a 30-day free trial period because I didn’t use the app after registering and checking it only once. They took the money for the whole year through PayPal and when I explained the situation they helped me with the cancellation of my subscription in a half an hour. They gave me the whole sum of money back.

How do I make fields mandatory in Excel?
Press “Alt-F11” on your keyboard to bring up the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications editor. Double-click on the sheet that will contain the mandatory field. The sheets are listed in the left-side column of the Visual Basic editor. Replace “A1” with the coordinate name of the cell you want to make mandatory.
