The questionnaire asks applicant to send proof of income and supporting documents for all expenses. I do not know how to send these and hope I'll hear from someone about how to do this.

Very Helpful Product
This product has been very helpful when a document only comes in PDF Form and I need to fill it out on my computer.
The layout is a bit confusing and the website is not easy to use. Sometimes the text of documents gets squished together.

A good program (and nice people)
A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.

How do I get a title for my house?
Property deeds are public record and available from the recorder's office or property records office of the county in which your home is located. When you purchase a house or other real property, you'll usually receive the deed when you close on the sale.
Do you get a title when you pay off your house?
When you pay off your loan, and you have a mortgage, the lender will send you or the local recorder of deeds or office that handles the filing of real estate documents a release of mortgage. With a deed of trust, you temporarily give control of the title to your property to the lender for security purposes.
How do I get my title after paying off my mortgage?
Contact your lender to ask for the documents to be released. Obtain and save the original documentation related to your mortgage and loan. Verify with your local records office that your mortgage has been canceled.
What happens when you pay off your house?
Once your mortgage is paid off, you'll receive a number of documents from your lender that show your loan has been paid in full and that the bank no longer has a lien on your house. These papers are often called a mortgage release or mortgage satisfaction.

Where are my title deeds? HM Land Registry records are digital, so we don't store paper title deeds. So, if you're trying to track down your original deeds, they could be with the solicitor who acted for you when you bought the property, or possibly with your mortgage company if you have a mortgage.
