Does what I need, the only thing is, it can be confusing when you try to log in, it takes you to another page instead of your actual account page so I have to search for something else to get to it, or I may just haven't located how yet, still good for what I need done.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler is super simple to use. I love that you can just click where you need to put information (whether it’s a checkbox, words, etc) and it’s done. If you have a form that you use often you can even save it as a template so you don’t have to go back in and create new boxes each time.
What do you dislike?
I’ve had a few issues with the site being down but this only lasted for short periods of time. Otherwise, the product itself is fantastic.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Instead of needing to print forms out, we are able to fill them out online, at a cost effective price. Saving us paper, ink and time.

Easy to navigate Easy to navigate. I didn't have cash to send correspondence to the IRS. This is a great tool for sure. It's more difficult submitting a review though, just saying. Your date feature sucks.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. I like that I don not have to decide… I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.
