I needed to edit a pdf file that was very long with only few corrections so this program was great.
It was so easy to use...I especailly like the erase too and then the size too to make the correction look good.
nothing.. I liked the entire program. I thought the cost was a little high as I only needed the program for a few weeks and wont be needing it again. So a lower fee for a weekly or monthly use would be good and you may get more users that way too

Does a lease need to be signed?
The Lease Signing Process. For managers and landlords who do not use electronic signatures, they may choose to mail a lease agreement to the tenants if they cannot meet to sign the lease in-person prior to move-in. If you mail a lease agreement, some managers might require the tenant to have the signature notarized.
Does a lease have to be signed every year?
After the first term ends, the lease automatically renews every year from then on unless either I (or my agent) send the tenant notice of termination or of a rent change. Of course the tenant can send us an NTV (Notice To Vacate). The deadline for either of these is 60 days before the end of the lease.
Can you refuse to sign a lease?
Tenants Cannot Refuse to Sign a Lease that is Materially Similar or the Same. On the other hand a tenant has the right to sign a new lease if it includes materially different terms. If you have a one-page lease and your landlord asks you to sign a new thirty-page lease you can (and likely should) refuse.
Can an apartment lease automatically renew?
No Automatic Renewal: Lease agreements do not automatically renew. Once the original lease term is over, the tenant would have to sign a new lease with the landlord if the landlord or tenant desired a long term contract.
Is lease valid if not signed by all owners?
Broadly speaking, the lease will be enforceable against the party or parties who signed the lease, even if others did not. It may also provide that it is not valid unless countersigned by the landlord, meaning that even after the tenants sign the landlord may be able to reject the lease.
How long do I have to sign a new lease?
The laws differ from state-to-state. For fixed term lease agreements the required notice time frames are: Northern Territory and Queensland: 14 days before lease ends. New South Wales: at least 14 days if the date is at the end of the tenancy agreement, or 21 days if the end date is after the fixed term.
Can a landlord refuse to sign a lease?
In Alberta, you do not need a written lease. However, a written lease is a good idea because then both the landlord and the tenant are clear on their responsibilities. If the landlord does not do this, the tenant can withhold rent until a signed copy is received.
What can I do if my landlord didn't sign the lease?
A tenant might lack a lease with the landlord's signature if the tenant signed first and provided a copy to the landlord but didn't receive a completed, signed copy in return. Under these circumstances, a lease without the landlord's signature may still be valid and legally binding in the event of a dispute.
