I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. Helpful for Digital Signature
Overall the PDF filler is amazing and free!
These days, a lot of people don't have printers and scanners. Also, a lot of us are working from home. This software makes it possible to sign documents without printing and scanning.
My least favorite thing is that you have to create an account to save your document. It would be nice to not have to provide my email to save the document.

Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. My success is now at my finger tips and I'm able to create bullet proof contracts, forms, notices, and change orders with e-signatures at a drop of a dime!!! Thank you pdfFiller!!!!

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!

How do I find scanned items on my iPhone?
In the Notes section, scroll down to the bottom and turn on the toggle for “Save to Photos“. Now all the photos, videos, and documents scanned in the Notes app will be saved to the Photos app.
Can you make a scanned PDF searchable?
Find and select the document you want to make searchable, then click Open. Head to Tools and select Recognize Text. Press PDF Output Style Searchable Image. Then select OK.
Can scanned documents be searchable?
You can scan a document and save the text in a searchable PDF. In a searchable PDF, text is recognized using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and then embedded in the scanned original.
Can you search documents on iPhone?
Yes, you can use a Control + F search on an iPhone. This is done in the iPhone browser by using the On This Page, Find in Page, or Share features.
