How do you comment on a document?
On your computer, open a document, spreadsheet, or presentation. Highlight the text, images, cells, or slides you want to comment on. To add a comment, in the toolbar, click Add comment. Type your comment. Click Comment.
When you insert a comment in a document the comment appears in?
Microsoft Word 2013 and later versions On the Insert tab, click the Comment option in the Comments group. The new comment is added to the document. On the right side of the document, the comment is visible. Click in the comment to enter the desired text.
