I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. PDFfiller lets me print out a nice looking form for school physical exam. It is harder to use than manually writing on a school physical form. However, there are fewer mistakes on a printed version from a computer than sometimes I found when I had to manually fill out a previous version of a school physical form. Thank you.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

User Friendly

How do I protect a PDF from being printed?
The “Permissions” setting controls restrictions that can be placed on the PDF file. To prevent printing of a PDF file, uncheck the “Allow the document to be printed” option. You must always enter a master password when security options are enabled or when a user password is set.
How do I lock a PDF on a Mac?
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF that you want to password-protect.
Choose File > Export, then select Encrypt. You can also enter a new name for the PDF if you want to create a pass worded copy and keep the original PDF unencrypted.
Type a password, then retype it to verify the password.
Click Save.
Is there a way to lock files on a Mac?
Folders can't be directly encrypted in macOS, but you can put them in password-protected containers. This has the effect of protecting your folders and the files they contain with a password. You can password-protect folders on macOS using the built-in Disk Utility application or a third-party tool called Encrypt.
