overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Business Consultant This is great to be able to complete a form while out of the office as well as to keep the office green. The only drawback is that sometimes the area that you "filling" does not line up. Not really that big of deal though.

What do you like best? Easy to redact, sign and comment on documents. Great workflow What do you dislike? Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use if you find DocuSign to be limited in editing functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Signing documents. Editing PDFs. Redacting sensitive documents. Easier than DocuSign.

Each contract should be given a name (or title). Typically, it is placed prominently on the cover page (if any), at the top of the first page (either as the lead-in to the parties or, if there is no cover page, as a true title) and probably also in the footer of each page.
Every contract should include a description of the agreed work to do or the result to achieve. This should be as detailed as necessary to make it clear. It should state: what work to do or result to achieve.
The 7 essential elements of a contract are the offer, acceptance, meeting of the minds, consideration, capacity, legality, and sometimes a written document.
The requisite elements that must be established to demonstrate the formation of a legally binding contract are (1) offer. (2) acceptance. (3) consideration. (4) mutuality of obligation. (5) competency and capacity. And, in certain circumstances, (6) a written instrument.
The simple answer is that such a contract will be legally enforceable provided that the use of the business names does not create any confusion as to the identity of the party in question, and providing all other elements for the formation of a contract are present.
A trade name does not need to include LLC, Corp, or other legal endings used for your tax entity. But, registering a trade name does not protect you from others using your name as a trademark. A trade name is not a form of intellectual property. To have an official trademark, you must fill out a trademark registration.
A trade name is generally considered the name a business uses for advertising and sales purposes. A trade name is sometimes referred to as a fictitious or doing business as (DBA) title. For example, McDonald's may be the trade name, but the legal name is McDonald's Corporation. A trademark is a brand name.
A trade name, trading name, or business name is a name used by companies that don't want to operate under their registered name. The term for this type of alternative name is a “fictitious” business name. Registering the fictitious name with a relevant government body is often required.
