It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my… I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!

Make sure that your query is open in Data sheet view. To do so, right-click the document tab for the query and click Data sheet View. On the Home tab, in the Records group, click Totals. In the Total row, click the cell in the field that you want to sum, and then select Sum from the list.

If you want to add two columns together, all you have to do is add them. Then you will get the sum of those two columns for each row returned by the query. What your code is doing is adding the two columns together and then getting a sum of the sums.
COUNT() is used to take a name of a column, and counts the number of non-empty values in that column. COUNT() does not take into account the actual values stored, and only cares if they have a non-empty value. Use SUM() when you want to get the total sum of all values in a column.
