I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

Great software, some things are not intuitive
You can edit documents, replace text, add fillable fields, etc. Great for documents that are used often and just need a few details changed.
"Replace text" can be difficult to use. Also the process of saving a document is kind of clunky.

PDF FIller was an answer to many questions.
Our business is an industrial maintenance business. We have had to use PDF filler several times with applications and insurance documents. PDF filler made it easier.
We liked how they explained everything we needed to know to fill in applications and other papers online without having to scan and download everything separately. I always thought it was my computer that was the problem, but with PDF filler, it doesn't matter what software is already on your laptop, you can work with any documents.
Sometimes I would go duplicate a step in saving the document, but after a couple of documents, it was easy to figure out what I should do.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
