I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. PDFfiller works well and is intuitively easy to follow. I used it for my company's W-2 and 1099's. The forms could be easily found, filled and printed without any problems.

we have accidentally deleted some forms and we couldn't find it, but our overall experience is great
easy to create a fillable forms and let our clients to fill
need to pay upgrade to get certain function, like just directly download the filled form from my clients

I am a very very episodic PDF user and the small try out price I paid to use this program was like buying gold at $25 an ounce. It saved me sooo much time. If I had a regular need I would glady pay the annual fee this program is awespme

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.
What do you dislike?
I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.

Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do...
It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.
