mostly quite a good thing. I would like to know how to move text after you've placed it on the page, though. That needs to be more intuitive if it's possible.

Worth the money
I've been subscribing to this service for several years! I love it! It's nice to be able to start on my laptop or phone and pick up where I left off on the other device. The download notification feature is nice because it ensures the person got your email and actually downloaded the file. Will maintain my subscription for the immediate future.

The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support

The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!

How do you make your HULL highlights public?
Log in to Hudl.com, hover over Team and select Team Settings. Select Privacy. To allow anyone to view your team's highlights, select Yes. To keep highlights private and viewable only by team members, select No. If your highlights are public, scroll down and check each angle you'd like to be public.
How do I find my HULL highlights?
Log in to Hudl.com and click Video. Use the search bar to find specific videos. Filter your video library by selecting options under Custom Labels, Content Type and Events. Select Clear if you'd like to remove filters and view all videos in your library.
How do I view my HULL highlights?
Log in to Hudl.com and click Video. Select the game you'd like to use for highlights. Click the star icon to highlight a moment from the video. The highlight will automatically clip 10 seconds before and 10 seconds after you click the star icon.
How do I find my HULL link?
Click Copy the URL. Copy the URL will turn green and the link will be copied to your clipboard. Paste the link anywhere to share.
How do I find old videos on my HULL?
Log in to your Hull account, then hover over Video and select Manage Library. Select Deleted Video. Hover over any deleted playlist and select Restore. The playlist will be restored to its original location in your library.

Log in to Hudl.com and click Video. Select the game with the plays you'd like to highlight. When you see a moment you want to highlight, click Create Clip. Select the clip. Drag the handles to trim or extend your highlight. Click Save Clip to add it to Your Clips. Select all the clips you'd like to save as highlights.

Log in to Hudl.com, hover over your name and click Your Highlights. Click Create Highlight. Click Give Your Reel a Title to name your highlight. Keep the title under the 25-character limit. Enter a title for the highlight and click Done. Next, you can add: Video. Music. Title Slides. Photos.
How do you add custom music to HULL highlights?
Select your Music folder on your computer, right-click on it and choose Open in a New Window. Choose a folder of music that you want to transfer to your Hull and drag and drop it in the Music folder on the Hull that should now also be open on your desktop. The files will be copied form your computer to your tablet.
