overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

The fact that I can immediately edit a document and fax it to the right person.
What do you dislike?
It's often difficult for the recipient to make the changes, or understand the steps to signing, initialing a document.

Easy to use and very flexible. Upload and go. Very user friendly.

Haven't noticed any downside. Have been even able to access from my smart phone as well.

Offer tutorials on instructions and examples of usage of the features. Currently going thru trial and error which so far has worked well

Easy for On the Go Editing This works great for creating editable PDFs & exporting them to clients. Can send for signatures and edit details for initial, etc. I don't dislike it but it could offer more features for the price.

What do you like best? The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply. What do you dislike? For me and my business purposes there is nothing wrong with this site. It is perfect and has made my business practice so much easier. To attach a paper shipping label to your package, securely attach the label to the top of the package using clear packaging tape. Make sure you don't block or obscure the label barcode.
The online shipping labels can easily be printed on regular 8 1/2" x 11" paper or, if they prefer, self-adhesive labels. So no special equipment or supplies are needed. Or, for no charge, they can choose to print a shipping label without postage.
If you have a regular desktop printer, you can print either 1 or 2 labels per standard letter-size 8.5×11 paper. You can use regular paper, and simply cut the excess paper and tape it to your packages, or you can purchase half-sheet sticker paper, which can simplify the process.
No, you don't have to use the self-stick address labels. You can print the buyer's address on plain copy paper and tape it to your package, making sure not to tape over the bar code (tape sometimes interferes, due to reflection, with the bar code reader although the number can be entered in by hand at the post office).

Why is it best to print shipping labels on white paper? The more contrast there is between the barcode and the background the easier it will be for a barcode scanner to read the barcode. Because black on white provides the most contrast it is the easiest to scan.
Use clear shipping tape to securely affix labels on all four sides and to cover address areas. Do not tape over the “Postal Use” area on the Express Mail label, the barcodes, or the stamps. You may use self-adhesive labels, which you can purchase online at The Postal Store (www.usps.com/shop).
