Look no further than pdfFiller! As a person 70+ years old, new programs are usually a challenge for me. However this was not the case with pdfFiller, it was so easy to click on the area and type and being able to alter the text size to fit was a bonus. I highly recommend this program and can vouch for customer support who are there to help.

Certainly recommend Very user friendly. Easy to find tools to edit, merge, etc. Was impressed that there was esign that is verified by the program. I am stil on the trial version, but I think I will continue with the paid version too as I do alot of editing to pdfs.

When I first started using PDFfiller (couple of years ago) I wasn't impressed with it - it could have been because of a lack of experience. I had problems with lining up numbers or letters within the document. However, now it is a breeze and this program is great. I am beginning to depend on it a lot. Bottom line - it is a great product.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

How to Use the Send Link Document Feature in pdfFiller

The Send Link Document feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily share documents with others and collect their responses. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to send in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Send' button located at the top right corner of the screen.

In the 'Send Document' window that appears, enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to send the document to. You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas.

Customize the email message that will be sent along with the document. You can add a subject line and a personalized message to the recipients.

Choose the access level for the recipients. You can select whether they can only view the document, fill it out, or edit it.

Optionally, you can enable the 'Require Signatures' option if you want the recipients to sign the document before submitting it back to you.

To create a public link: In M-Files, find the object that you want to share. Optional: Right-click the object and select History to share a previous version of the object. Right-click the object or the object version and select Share Public Link. ... Select the target version.
Select Share and then select Link settings. Select Specific people, choose whether to Allow editing, and then select Apply. Type who to share with, add an optional message, and select Send.
