Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

I hate when I fill a pdf, then have to log in, and mistype my password, so by the time I've logged in I've lost ALL my work. Otherwise, it works flawlessly

For the most part, it is a helpful tool. However, I will need to cancel my initial free subscription because one of the documents I would be using on a bi-weekly basis would be for payroll purposes. Unfortunately, when I scanned the document, I was not able to enter numbers in the fields. After several attempts, I checked the hardcopy document and it has a feature, which requires an applicant to fill in the document with a blue pen, something I was not aware of ahead of time. Evidently, the company had the documented protected to only read "handwritten", blue pen entries. I would be using the document as mentioned above for other candidates on a weekly basis and since this product, through no fault of its own, won't allow me to do that, it doesn't serve my business purposes.

It was easy to sign and save... It was easy to sign and save my document with no interruptions or gemecs in between. I thought it would of been hard to get it sent via email but that was even more of a breeze.

pdfFiller for Easy Fillable PDF Files I am a 78-year-old with a partially paralized right hand. I started using this product to make fillable PDF files for English as a Second Language students I volunteer to teach online. With the instructions found on the site I was able to upload a five-page document and then add text boxes to the pages. I opted for the automatic text box creation, an extremely quick process, and only had to do some minor clean-up of extra text boxes. Overall, love the program.

How to Use the Send Link Work Feature in pdfFiller

The Send Link Work feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily share documents with others and collaborate on them in real-time. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to share in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Send' button located at the top right corner of the screen.

In the dropdown menu, select 'Send Link Work'.

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to share the document with. You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas.

Optionally, you can add a message to the recipients in the 'Message' field. This can be helpful to provide additional instructions or context for the document.

By default, the recipients will have the ability to view and edit the document. If you want to restrict their access to only viewing the document, uncheck the 'Allow recipients to edit' checkbox.

Once you have entered the email addresses and set the desired permissions, click on the 'Send' button.

The recipients will receive an email with a link to access the shared document. They can click on the link to open the document in pdfFiller.

Any changes made by the recipients will be synced in real-time, allowing for seamless collaboration.

You can track the status of the shared document by going to the 'Sent' tab in pdfFiller. Here, you can see if the recipients have viewed or edited the document.

From your email, click on Insert, then Pick Hyperlink (or hit Control+K on your Keyboard) From here you can Pick a file, then a folder and hit ok. Once you hit OK, the link will appear in the email. Be sure the recipient has access to the linked folder.
Open the desired Web page in another window and click on the address bar to highlight its link. Right-click and select “Copy.” Return to the text message service window and right-click in the body of the text message. Select “Paste” to paste the address into the message, or type the address in manually.
