I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

Little Confusing
It was a little bit confusing as my computer skills have deteriorated due my age and also effects of a stroke. Otherwise I was able to manage to obtain what I needed.

What do you like best?
The dashboard is intuitive and for me the best thing is being able to sign documents.
What do you dislike?
The application is good but has limitations versus the competition such as file size and not having the scanner tool on the cell phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion, a multilanguage tutorial is necessary.

The biggest benefit is being able to sign documents from a distance.

Good PDF Form Filler software
Was able to manipulate the text size to make sure everything fit into the text boxes I had to fill out. By approaching each set of box as one text, it cut down the time needed to fill out the form.
