I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! It worked great with one exception. On my form the lines that I highlighted did not highlight everything in the printed version. Other than that, it worked great.

used a handful of other pdf programs, and while there have been a decent one here or there, most have been quite irresponsible, irresponsive, and irritable! pdfFiller is by far the most user-friendly, quick, and manageable one there is, notes this observer! am definitely glad i went for the platinum membership - has not only calmed my disdain towards pdfs, but i am actually having fun with them now! ^_^

The email interface is a little cumbersome, but still very usable.

ease of subbitting
It can be a little confusing and I thought my docs from previous years were saved so they would populate but they didn't but I like the ease of submitting the forms to the IRS.
