I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

Their Customer service is superb. Their Customer service is superb. I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled. What do you like best? being able to manipulate pdfs that are set up already What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about pdf filler. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the problem of updated materials without needing to go back and redo the item.

I had a little bit of trouble using… I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops.
