It has been very helpful. The user interface is not difficult to navigate. I am cancelling only because I do not have the volume of documents to warrant the cost. But when this changes I will certainly return.

I am not very computer literate although the system is simple enough to work with that I can do everything so far. I need to edit a scanned document and this is more challenging any help would be appreciated.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I enjoy the ease of being able to upload a PDF file and edit the file online and add or delete content as necessary. I then download the completed PDF file to my documents.
What do you dislike?
I'm not sure this is a dislike but if I send a completed PDF document with a requested signature to a client the client Gets charged a fee.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pdffiller is a great way to complete additional documents are contracts used on a daily basis

What do you like best?
We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms.
What do you dislike?
Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software.
