Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user. Had an issue with billing today (a… Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

Best way to keep organized Overall, it can really make your life easier and more organized, highly recommended! This is such a great tool for keeping track of your pdf flies while categorizing them to fit your preferences. As a student, I've used this for many different reasons and have always found it extremely convenient for filing and organizing my files. From school assignments to the official paper work, it provides a user friendly platform for easy usage and proper description. Must have for the student to the average daily worker! It can be a little tricky to figure out how it functions properly at first, but their are some good tutorials out there that I highly recommend, such google them. Also, it doesn't really have a customer support system, which is a down side.

This application solved my work! I am constantly receiving email with PDF attachments which I must review immediately and in many cases merit that I fill or edit them, for which I had to download the mail file and manipulate it to send it again. Well that I finish since discovering this extension for my mail, through it I open and edit online from my mail the file received. This speeds up the tasks. The only thing I should mention is that being an online job, the Internet connection must be constant and efficient so that the work flows quickly.
