I used PDF filler to complete a URLA form because the one I was sent by a loan officer was so small I couldn't fit the information in it. PDFfiller made it very easy for me to see and complete the form. The site is intuitive and everything is organized in a no fuss manner. Scanning in documents and making changes is easy.

The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.

Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.

We have many documents that have to be changed constantly. Tax Exemption Forms, Charts and Invoices. This makes it very easy.

I actually subscribed to PDF filler through our business. After we sold out business the new owners used a different service. However, I really rate this product so I subscribed to it personally to use when needed for signing anything. Really great web application!

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly.
