One big feature that is missing, as is from many of these types of editing / fill in forms, is the basic "Cut","Copy", "Paste" functions. However once I got use to the program's idiosyncrasies, It has been quite helpful. I love that you can turn any document or picture into pdf. As a loan officer, I need copies of driver's license and social security. Everyone has a nice phone but the format is not PDF. This PDFfiller is the best. It only has a few fonts. That is the reason for the 4 out of 5.

It really helps being Paper Less. I don't need to travel to me nearest FedEx to Print job applications and drop them off at the actual location. I can just download the PDF and fill it out to send right back .

How deep should a footer be for a house?
Footers must be a minimum of 24 inches deep. There must be a minimum of 6 inches of concrete in the footer, 2 story home-8 inches deep. Rebars are required in dwellings. Either 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch is permitted.
How deep should a footer be for a support post?
Minimum depth of footing to be 24 inches below final grade and 12 inches below existing grade. Footing size to be based on allowable soil pressure of 2000 pounds per square foot. Anchor Bolts are to be 1/2 inch diameter, within 12 inches of corners and placed a MAXIMUM 6 feet o.c.
How thick should a footer be for a retaining wall?
To keep the bottom row of blocks from pushing outward, bury the lowest section of a retaining wall. The general rule of thumb is to bury about one-eighth of the height of the wall.
