I appreciate the ease of downloading a PDF and being able to fill it in. For me, it is worth the money, even if I don't use it very often, simply because I now have the completed form saved, and easy to edit, as needed.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. I have used pdfFiller multiple times…
I have used pdfFiller multiple times and love their product. I primarily use it when applying for jobs and need a pdf converter to fill out applications. I like that I can just subscribe for the time I need the program and then cancel it. I also like that all my documents are saved to my account even after I cancel the service. I can just resubscribe and pick up where I left off. Customer support is EXCELLENT. Highly recommend pdfFiller.

Great software
Great software! Very easy to use and does just about everything you would want a PDF editor to do. The only issue I had was when replacing text the text box deleted the line the text was sitting on and I ended up with a break in the line. Other than that I highly recommend!

This was my first test
This was my first test, it seemed to go very well, I've tried a few of these programs and to be honest, this one works the best. I will have to explore it a little further to see if it does what I need todo. Actually so far it's the best I've tried. Actually I think that it offers more than I really need, but if it fits and completes everything I plan on doing that to me would be 100%.

What kind of deed do I need?
There are three basic kinds of deeds: a general warranty deed, a special warranty deed, and a non-warranty or quitclaim deed. If you are a buyer, you want your deed to get you everything you bargained for. A general warranty deed is the most common. Most home sales between strangers involve a general warranty deed.
Which type of deed is used in foreclosures?
Bargain and sale deed This type of deed sometimes is used in foreclosure and tax sales. Warranties can be put into the deed to make it similar to the special warranty deed, and in that case, it's referred to as a bargain and sale deed with covenant against granters acts.
How long do you have to record a deed?
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business. Even county offices sometimes fail to record deeds that were properly submitted.
