What do you like best? Simple to use, the ability to save, update and reuse common forms is really helpful What do you dislike? Haven't found anything yet but have been only using 60 days or so What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? detailed forms that only require minor changes can be saved as templates.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! A+++ Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! The number of Custom Table Fields entitled on each Custom Table is determined by the Now Platform® App Engine Package or Table Type as indicated below. ServiceNow highly recommends not adding more than 100 fields to any table, including ServiceNow created Tables, for performance optimization.
Navigate to System Definition > Tables. Click New. Enter a Label to appear on list and form views. Edit the text in the Name field as necessary. Text is automatically added to the Name field based on the Label field. The User role is the role required to access the new table. Click Submit.
Definitions. 1.1 Custom Table means any non-ServiceNow provided table created or installed by or on behalf of Customer on the ServiceNow platform unless such table is specifically exempt. 1.2 Custom Table Fields means any non-ServiceNow provided field created by on behalf of Customer within a Custom Table.

Base tables are more of like parent table from which other tables are extended. In ServiceNow, task and cmdb_ci are considered the core tables. This might be because most of the applications use these tables. If you consider incident, change, problem etc; all these are extended from the task table.
In the main ServiceNow browser window, use the Application Navigator to open the list of records for the table using a module in the Application Navigator. Click a table record to open it for editing. Click the Additional actions button (

As for Deleting the table, do the following: System Definitions > Tables > locate your table > Click in that table > click the UI Action Delete > type delete > click ok.
