I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

I never got the code in my email to complete the emailing of the document to the tenant. Other than that I love the ease of using it. I hope to get help with emailed code soon.

Very helpful tool, and easily accessible on the go!
Great tool and helpful to keep business going while traveling or on the go.
Simple, easy to use format. I could access it while on the go and get work done without having to log into my laptop.
When trying to "save as", it takes a few more steps than I'd like it to.

Verry helpful! Things I would change would be to add a paint can where you can color in an entire section. The only other problem i have encountered which may be my own doing is when i edit something and save it and then attach it in an email it looks blurry no matter what i try. Overall the website is great!

I love the product! Its a god send working remotely. I can sign forms, password protect documents with personal information and email them in an instant.

So easy and convenient to download and complete. My only issue is I wish with the forms you can scroll down to sections without having to tab each field or using you mouse to click in a different section.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
