With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

PDF Filler is intuitive to use (easy buttons). The one add I would like is to be able to edit signed documents and initial the edits...currently signed documents are Read Only even to the originator.

I wish it wasn't so expensive...I'm still on the free trial right now but this app is great. Maybe offer like a college student pricing? I know us kids in college cant pay $40 a month for it

customer service excellent. removed one star for irritating Watermark and Filler buttons right next to the page scroll bar … way too easy to accidently add them … hence the need to contact support

What do you like best?
PDF Filler helped me when I inherited a bunch of learning material that referenced outdated case studies and I needed to update for class. Because I didn't have Adobe or photoshop, this was a great alternative to help me quickly update the decks. Erase text allowed me to "white out" the outdated information without compromising design quality.
What do you dislike?
If you are adding text and trying to use text box, it will show a box around what you replace. When using the text feature to replace text, of course, you won't have an exact match unless you know the current document's font and size. Nonetheless, PDF Filler makes it easy to drag, drop and align so that you'd have to really stare at the document to notice the differences between the original text and your replacement text.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Needing to edit PDF's that were previously created, and provided no access to the original version. Better ease of use//less learning curve than Photoshop. Cost-friendly alternative to Adobe.

If I had the option to put 100 stars, I would. This product is fantastic. There are small issues with reformatting, but I think the user can get over that.
