I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. The forms are easy to find with the search tool, and very easy to use. There are even pop-ups to tell you what type of information to enter in the different fill-in fields. I'm sure I will be using more forms in the future here.

I couldn't find new forms to download…
I couldn't find new forms to download from within the app but once I did find them online they were easy to work with

A safe way to fill forms
I wish they had an option for screenshare set up support. Though it took awhile to learn, we are so grateful for what it's allowed our company to do!
LinktoFill allows us to send out one link and receive back filled PDF's instead of uploading over and over and sending back and forth to gather missed info.
The site is hard to learn and takes a bit to get used to.
