This has been my favorite pdf program of all time. I do not work I am a happy homemaker and have a special needs son and have a lot of documents to file and fill and fax for him. This is the best program. The price is a bit high for me but it's worth it at times when I need to do something that other pdf programs just can't do it.

Where do you get the direct link to an invoice in Hero?
From the Invoice Options menu, select Share Invoice. Click the URL to open the online invoice, or click Copy to copy the URL and forward it to your customer. You could also insert the online invoice link placeholder in your email message when emailing an invoice from Hero.
How do I view invoices in Hero?
View your subscription invoices in My Hero Click on the organization name, select Subscription and billing, then click Manage Subscription. Click the Subscriptions & Billing tab. Next to the billing account you want to update and select View invoices. Click on an invoice number to open the online invoice.
How do I process an invoice in Hero?
From the header, click the plus icon. And select Invoice. In the To field, enter the name of the customer you're invoicing. Enter the remaining invoice details. (Optional) Attach any relevant files to your invoice. Save the invoice, send it for approval, or approve it yourself.
How do I view credit notes in Hero?
In the Business menu, select Purchase overview. Under the Bills heading, click on the relevant status. Paid, Draft, Awaiting Approval or Awaiting Payment. Find the credit note, which is identified with a CR icon. Click into the credit note to open it.
