At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. Adobe has made things quite expensive and your product has been the lifesaver many times. Simple to use, end product is of high quality. That is what I was looking for and found it on PDFfiller.

At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

I like that I can read-only PDFs straight from Gmail - previewing with PDFfiller is way easier than having to download through Adobe.
I feel like there is nowhere to go if you need assistance or a homepage to see all of the PDFs that you have viewed.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

What do you like best?
How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in.
What do you dislike?
Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I mainly use this for signing and sending documents.
