What do you like best?
I love that all of my documents are readily accessible in one location. I can create templates and all of my documents look professional. I am very satisfied.

I have no complaints. I am pleased with PDFfiller. Our office is more efficent because of it. We would recommend the product to other businesss considering it.

Excellent, fair, easy to use. pdfFiller has solved all my previous headaches. Receiving a PDF in the past was always a nightmare and I could never fill it out and it would lead to me printing and scanning. It was just a nightmare. pdfFiller solves all of that. I love how easy to use it is and it has all of the features that I always wanted. I always hated PDFs because they always made things complicated and I couldn't mark up, sign, or make the changes that I needed to. This tool is inexpensive and solves all of my issues with PDFs. The inability to be able to completed change wording. I have not figured out how to do that. In addition, I would like to see if it can integrate with our other software.

How do you calculate authorized shares?

If you know the number of shares issued and unis sued, or those authorized but not sold to shareholders, you can calculate authorized shares: shares authorized = shares issued + shares unis sued.

Is there a limit to how many shares a company can have?

One single share must be issued when a private limited company is incorporated with Companies House. There is no limitation to the number of shares a company can issue during or after incorporation, except there is a provision of authorized share capital stated in the articles of association.

What is the maximum number of shares a company can have?

Over time, the total number of outstanding shares goes up, incrementally with each grant, up to a maximum of 11,000,000. At any given time, the number of shares in the company is somewhere between 10 and 11 million shares.

Can a company increase the number of shares?

The number of authorized shares per company is assessed at the company's creation and can only be increased or decreased through a vote by the shareholders. But just because a company can issue a certain number of shares doesn't mean it will issue all of them to the public.

What determines how many stocks a company has?

Since the market changes each day, the number of stocks any company has does too. You can estimate a company's number of stocks by dividing their company value by the stock price. I own 1/4 of all the stocks in a small startup company. If the company has a total of 20,000 shares, how many shares do I own?

How many shares can you buy at a time?

100-share lots -- In stock trading, 100 shares is known as a “round lot.” Institutional traders tend to buy and sell in multiples of 100 and options are typically priced based on 100 shares per contract.

How many shares can a company issue?

The minimum quantity of shares that a company can issue is one. This is common when someone is setting up a limited company as the sole owner and director. There is no upper limit, so you can issue as many shares as you like during the incorporation process of after your company has been set up.
