Need to have more option to edit a document, like Microsoft Word. When editing a document, there needs to be page breaks added. it appears as one long document until you go to turn it into a PDF where it is then broken into pages. It is impossible to get the spacing right since you have to go back and forth with the document.

When looking at postal codes around the world, there are cases where two different cities are served by the same postal code. For example, the zip code 94608 in California is used for both Maryville and parts of Oakland. Using the Postal Code setup view, you can now set up multiple cities to use that same postal code.
ZIP Codes frequently cross city and county boundaries. In 2010 there were at least 103 ZIP Codes which crossed state lines. Some changes in ZIP Codes may occur monthly as areas grow and the U.S. Postal Service adjusts to maintain efficient delivery zones.
In a technical sense, ZIP Codes are not area based, but a collection of delivery points. At the state level, most ZIP Codes deliver wholly within the state, but a few do deliver to out-of-state areas. At the county level, some ZIP Codes cross county boundaries, but most deliver wholly within the county.
When looking at postal codes around the world, there are cases where two different cities are served by the same postal code. For example, the zip code 94608 in California is used for both Maryville and parts of Oakland. One postal code, two cities.
Zip codes are not locked to cities or states. Some zip codes actually cover two different cities in separate states so both city and state are still required to make it deliverable. Zip codes are a sorting assistance tool not a replacement for other parts of an address.
Short answer, YES! There are sister cities for every zip code. Meaning that frequently a specific zip code will get mail for another similar zip code because the sender transposes a number. If the city and state are clearly indicated the manual handling of the tailpiece will correct the error and sent it on its way.
There are 13 multi-state US Census' ZIP Code Tabulation Areas (Zetas): 02861, 42223, 59221, 63673, 71749, 73949, 81137, 84536, 86044, 86515, 88063, 89439 & 97635. So your example of 42223 does span a state border, but it looks like it is actually between Maryland and Virginia.
Because ZIP Codes are intended for efficient postal delivery, there are unusual cases where a ZIP Code crosses state boundaries, such as a military facility spanning multiple states or remote areas of one state most easily serviced from a bordering state.
