How do I reduce the scale of a PDF?
Choose File > Print.
From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select Tile All Pages to expose the Tile Scale % option.
For Tile Scale, type the percentage you want to magnify or reduce the PDF.
Click OK or Print.
How do I make a PDF smaller without losing quality?
Start with making a copy of your PDF file (the document will replace the original one), next, open the PDF inside Preview, next head to File > Export > from the Quartz-Filter drop-down menu select Reduce File Size option and click the Save button. For smartphones, Compress PDF takes the cake for mobile tools.
