Do athletes commit to d3 schools?
Replies to: III Commitments. There are no NLS in D3 because there are no athletic scholarships. They are verbal commitments only. We had many students going to D3 schools participate in the signing ceremonies, but they had nothing to actually sign.
Can you commit to a d3 school?
Since D3 does not give athletic scholarships, there is nothing to sign. In the more general sense of commitment, yes athletes do this all the time. If you really want to run on the team, you should definitely be in touch with the coach. D3s do recruit.
