How do I sign a DLL file?

How do I sign an executable file?
Go to Start > Run. Enter CMD. Click OK. At the command prompt, enter CD C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft SDK\\Windows\\v6.0\\Bin. Hit the Enter key. Enter sign tool sign wizard. A wizard will appear. Click Next. Browse to find the file you would like to digitally sign.
How do you sign an application?

Where is Sign tool EXE located?
signtool.exe will be located in one of the bin folder of the folder you installed to. On my computer it is in the bin/x86 folder.
