Great product.
Good interface gives you all the options you need in one place. Clear and easy to understand. The only downside is remembering its a browser only interface, remembering the product name and having to navigate to the URL to begin. Not an issue for a daily user, but if you use only intermittently like I do, I have to make myself a reminder. To that end, I think its a little expensive for a casual user; but I do still like the interface so much that it overrides my concern on cost.

I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. It is great it previews the bottom of the page. But, when I print it out it doesn't print out what it had showed at the bottom of my page in the preview before I printed it out.

i find it easy to use. but i was wondering if there's a way to order a 3page document that when i wright on the first it goes through the other 2 so i can have a copy for the customer and 2 for the ofice.

Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.
