easy to use easy to use, it would be good if you could copy text and paste it i might not have worked out how to do that yet if its there, and insert signature would be helpful, that might be there already but i couldnt find it otherwise its easy to use and easy to send documents

Gmail does not let you upload an image on the Android or iPhone/iPad app. But on a browser, it is quite simple really. In your Gmail, notice the Settings button at the far right of the Gmail. Click on it and scroll down to the Settings option.
There will be two separate links for uploading Photograph and Signature. Click on the respective link Upload Photograph / Signature Browse and Select the location where the Scanned Photograph / Signature file has been saved. Select the file by clicking on it. Click the 'Upload' button.

Just draw a rectangle of size length 7cm and breadth 2 cm. Put your signature within it. Take a photo from mobile camera(5mp and above). Open that image in paint crop it. The size should be within 5KB to 100 KB. (Use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to re-size the image)

But the thing is this signature is always the same and that means it is the same length. This is why when you sign your photos you should always sign on the right-hand side as there is no risk of the signature going past the right edge of the photo, as doing this is and looks awful and unprofessional.
Typically you sign the back print in a corner. You write your name, the date the photo was taken, and the title. If the print was not made the same year as the photograph was shot, you should write what year it was printed as well, but it is not necessary.
