After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

I work in a Legal Department and we review a lot of contracts on a daily basis. Most of the documents came in on PDF format, so using PDF filler to convert the file to an MS Office is easy.

Satisfied customer
I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. If this experience is anything to go by then I am sure everyone will be satisfied with the company. Thanks to everyone for their help.

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. Glad to have it. Wished i didn't have to reset with every entry. It should assume you want the same font until you tell the program to change. Gets tedious to change for every number on the page.
