In the right-sided area, where you see your signature, highlight all the text. Then use the menu option: Format > Show Fonts. You can adjust the font size there, and it will stick.

Open an image in Paint. Right-click on the image file and choose Open with > Paint. Choose Resize from the toolbar. In the window that appears, you can resize based on percentage or pixels. Choose which option at the top. Change either the horizontal (width) or vertical (height) field. Then click OK.
