I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

What do you like best?
The program is user friendly and helps me with the essential tools I need to fill in and change my PDF files. I use this on a daily basis for work and works very well with other programs I use.
What do you dislike?
The font match is the only downside of the program i face especial when I have to fill in words and characters onto the document. It takes time for to match the font that is similar to the original font. Collating pages in a certain order is difficult for me but I decided not to use this feature.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am facing no problems using the program. The main benefit I use this program is the editing of the documents revived for out business to use for our needs.

User Friendly Super easy to use. I needed to send a document to a customer for them to sign. I didn't need to take time for them to come to the office and they could continue with their busy day with only a 1 minute interruption.

I was able to make a Loan Agreement in purchasing a Manufactured Home in Florida for my x-husband so we could have it and a POA for him at the closing on May 23, 2022. Thanks for your help in this free document service that finally worked for me. I live in Michigan and needed to protect my interest in this new home for him and two others that used to live in his Adult Foster Care Home in Grand Rapids, MI seventeen years ago. So far, so good So far, so good. Does as it claims to.Some of the functions e.g. merge could have more accessible controls (you have to gone into a few menus), but when found they do their job well.Maximum document size is 25Mb so if you have a bigger document you have to use another online splitter and go from there. Don't really see why that functionality could be integrated though.

What do you like best? The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields... What do you dislike? sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
