Navigate to settings or your subscription and payment information
Find the Cancel subscription option (or similar) and click it

Can you cancel a membership online?
Some YMCA branches have an online cancellation form on their website that you can complete and submit from the comfort of your home. Other branches require you to visit them in person and complete the form there.
How do I cancel my subscription to documents?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top.
Select View Apple ID.
Scroll down and tap Subscriptions.
Select Documents.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Can you cancel your PF membership online?
If you are cancelling because you're unsatisfied with your Planet Fitness location, please speak with your local club manager before making your final decision. You can do it all online simply by clicking here (you'll need your PF key tag number). Or, stop by the club and our front desk staff can do it for you.
