Great product.
Good interface gives you all the options you need in one place. Clear and easy to understand. The only downside is remembering its a browser only interface, remembering the product name and having to navigate to the URL to begin. Not an issue for a daily user, but if you use only intermittently like I do, I have to make myself a reminder. To that end, I think its a little expensive for a casual user; but I do still like the interface so much that it overrides my concern on cost.

Really good, not sure how I would be at editing large amounts of info on a PDF with the website but I could be surprised if I went through the online training.

We are able to send files in real time as simply as sending an Email. You can have each person input their own data as well as sign documents all without having to print anything out. Of course that is huge in helping the environment.

Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive
Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.

I am not great with technology

What do you like best?
This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original

Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.

What is a quoted price?
What is Quoted Price? Quoted price refers to stock, bond or other security quotes. A stock quote is an estimate of price or a price at which one party is willing to buy or sell a certain number of shares of stock from the other. A quoted price consists of a bid price and an ask price.
What is quoted price for a bond?
A bond quote is the last price at which a bond traded, expressed as a percentage of par value and converted to a point scale. Par value is generally set at 100, representing 100% of a bond's face value of $1,000. For example, if a corporate bond is quoted at 99, that means it is trading at 99% of face value.
What is quoted price?
Quoted price refers to stock, bond or other security quotes. A stock quote is an estimate of price or a price at which one party is willing to buy or sell a certain number of shares of stock from the other. A quoted price consists of a bid price and an ask price.
Why are bonds quoted at clean price?
Use of the clean price also serves to differentiate interest income (based on the coupon rate) from trading profit and loss. It is market practice in US to quote bonds on a clean-price basis. When a bond settles the accrued interest is added to the value based on the clean price to reflect the full market value.
Why are bonds quoted 100?
It's expressed as a percentage of par value. A bond quote above 100 means the bond is trading above par. We're glad that you're up to speed on bond indices.

To quote is to transcribe what someone said or wrote, crediting that person. As a verb, to quote means to repeat someone's words, attributing them to their originator. If you're giving a speech on personal organization, you might want to quote Ben Franklin in it, he's the master.
