With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I think pdf-filler is awesome
am wanting to learn more as i'm a technically challenged 55yo
but, I work night shifts for the USPS & not likely to be able to take in classes
-offer classes anyways! :)

The form I filled in was for a Medal of Honor recommendation for a Vietnam vet. The format and help with the form was clear and efficient. I had to come back and modify it, and everything was smooth and easy.Thanks for a very professional tool.

Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

I was impressed by all the wonderful features that PDF filler has. I would recommend it to anyone. I use it to fill out the PDF forms that have. I don't generate forms, just need the ability to fill them out and sign them. This works so much better than any of the other services I have tried. (both free and paid)

Truly like this product as is very efficient. PDFfiller is exactly what I needed and wish has discovered it before. Is very intuitive to use and is an amazing time saver. Definitely recommend this product.

I liked the flexibility to edit and make changes in my document.
Its rare to get something like this, especially for a pdf format. for me it made things easier as I was working on a pdf document and I wanted to make a few changes on it without converting to a word document.

The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.
