PDF filler is incredibly easy to use. The instructions are clear and concise. It is a powerful tool. If you need to create fillable PDF forms, I can't think of a better application than this one.

I like that we can search the internet for fillable forms. I also like that we can email and fax right from pdffiller

The only issue I have had is when using the iPad or iPhone version. The dates become messed up for some reason. Very simple to fix once I’m back in a computer though.

It's extremely easy to use and affordable. Worth every penny for our Real Estate team. We go through a ton of documents and PDFfiller keeps us looking professional and not sloppy like some agents we do business with. Professionalism is everything in our line of work.

How can I edit text on a PDF?
Choose Tools > Edit PDF > Edit. The dotted outlines identify the text and images you can edit.
Select the text you want to edit.

How do I convert a PDF to a vector file in Illustrator?
Click on the image or graphic. Go to “Object,” “Live Trace,” then “Tracing Options.” Choose the best color mode from the Adjustments section for the image or graphic. The options include “Color,” “Black and White” or “Grayscale.” Then click “Trace” to convert the images and graphics to vector.
How do I make a PDF non-editable in Illustrator?
Saving as PDF with no editing capabilities should not allow you to edit. Currently, if you are working on an AI file, and then choose File / Save as / PDF (and select PDF output options that have NO editing capabilities), once the PDF is saved it then remains open.
